The one who is fit and having passion for fitness – Being fit is a large part
of passion, determination, and dedication. Make sure your trainer possesses
these qualities. He/ She should take fitness as a passion.

Knowledge and Know-How – Never choose a trainer based on the degree or
certificate he or she has, but you should look to see what your trainer has
learned and from where it was learned. There should be proper knowledge about
what we do and why, what are the benefits of efforts we are putting in exercises.

Should have Empathy and Compassion – Empathy – Is a better way to reach people.
Empathy, actually comes from something we can all relate to - struggle. Empathy
is the gateway to an even more important word - compassion. However, an
effective trainer is most certainly one with empathy and compassion.
