There should be proper knowledge about what we do and why, what are the benefits of efforts we are putting in exercises.

3. Should have Empathy and Compassion – Empathy – Is a better way to reach people. Empathy, actually comes from something we can all relate to - struggle. Empathy is the gateway to an even more important word - compassion. However, an effective trainer is most certainly one with empathy and compassion.

4. Excellent Communication Skills - A successful trainer is the one, who is able to understand where the client has been and where the client seeks to go. If you are hiring a coach or trainer, then lean towards a trainer who listens more than talks.
