A beach is a form of land that combines with body of water and usually consists of loose particles. These loose particles mainly composed of rock, such as sand, pebbles, or cobblestones.
Beaches can be of different kinds like –
  1. Man-made infrastructure Beaches - such as lifeguard posts, changing rooms, and showers. Such type of beaches may also have resorts, hotels, and restaurants nearby.
  2. Wild beaches that are also known as undeveloped or undiscovered beaches. A wild beach seems more attractive because of their untouched beauty and preserved nature.
Gavin Manerowski says that a beach is just a perfect place to travel. It has amazing effects on our health also as wet sand acts as a natural exfoliant. When we walk on wet sand it peels off dead skin cells from feet and leaving them renewed and much softer. Also, it is true that sunlight helps to decrease the depression.

Gavin Manerowski describes some beautiful beaches all over the world. One of them is Grace Bay in Turks with Unbelievably clear, clean water with hundreds of shades of blues and greens. Grace Bay beech is very calm and warm. It has turquoise water and sand like white talcum powder. Another very famous beach is Flamenco Beach of Culebra, Puerto Rico. It was ranked 3rd best beach in the world. Flamenco Beach is known for its turquoise waters, white sand, swimming areas, and diving sites. The water here is so clear and gorgeous blue. Ngapali Beach Ngapali, Myanmar is a lonely beach without a soul to be seen around 3 kilometers. It is Located on the Bay of Bengal coast in Rakhine State, its main feature is an idyllic stretch of white sand and palm tree-lined coast. Nacpan Beach, El Nido, Philippines, This beach has golden sand and beautiful crystal water, which makes it more beautiful. Whitehaven Beach is the most beautiful beach all over the world. On that beach nature is at its best because the whole beach is untouched. There are no stores, no restaurants etc. The whole place is just surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Gavin Manerowski considers a walk over beach as a best relaxation therapy. There can be nothing more relaxing and beautiful. The beach is just a magical place that can recharge a person and fill him with new energy. It helps you to stay fit physically, mentally and spiritually. So, we can say that the visits to beach is not just pleasant but healthy too. Gavin Manerowski believes without any doubt that living seaside may actually result in better health.
